Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dolamor. Accounts that do not meet this age requirement will be removed. By using the service you confirm that you are an adult under the laws of your country.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service yourself, and to keep your account and access credentials secure.

Your account is personal to you, and you are responsible for the activity that takes place under it.

You must use your real identity. Impersonation, fake profiles, and misleading information are not allowed.

You agree not to harass, threaten, defraud, deceive, or harm other users, and not to collect or misuse other people's information.

Spam, commercial solicitation, advertising, and unsolicited promotion are not permitted on Dolamor.

Dolamor has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Nudity, sexual exploitation, any content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, violence, and any illegal content are strictly prohibited.

You can report any user or content and block anyone who makes you uncomfortable. We review reports and act on them — typically within 24 hours — and we warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant Simur a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to operate and provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you share and confirm that you have the right to share it.

Dolamor provides a space to meet new people and to make language exchange easy. Unlike endless-feed apps, it is built around focused, one-to-one connections.

We do not guarantee any particular match, relationship, date, or outcome, and we are not a party to the interactions between users.

Dolamor offers an optional Premium subscription that may include an ad-free experience, unlimited discovery, automatic translation, and additional features.

Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the relevant store, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the store's terms and applicable consumer law.

The Dolamor name, app, design, and content (other than user content) belong to Simur and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, where necessary to protect users or the service.

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app.

Dolamor is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees, as applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
