Dolamor is operated by Simur Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, a company established in Türkiye. For data-protection purposes, Simur is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Account information: your email address (verified through a one-time code instead of a password), name, date of birth, gender, and country.

Profile content: the photos, biography, interests, languages, and connection mode (friendship, dating, or language exchange) that you choose to add.

Activity data: your swipes, matches, and the messages you exchange with other users.

Approximate location: only if you grant permission, and only to show the approximate distance between you and other users. We do not track your precise, continuous location.

Technical data: basic device and log information (such as app version, device type, and error logs) needed to operate the service and diagnose problems.

To provide the core service: creating your profile, showing you compatible people, and enabling matches and chat. (Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.)

To provide Premium features such as automatic message translation when you subscribe. (Legal basis: performance of our contract.)

To keep Dolamor safe and lawful: detecting abuse, reviewing reports, preventing fraud, and enforcing our Terms. (Legal basis: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.)

To comply with applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

For Premium users, messages can be translated automatically to help you communicate across languages. Translation is performed by a language model running on our own infrastructure.

Your messages are processed only to deliver this feature. They are never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train third-party models.

Our website uses only the minimum cookies needed to function. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand how the service is used and to improve it. This data does not identify you individually.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Dolamor (for example, cloud hosting and app-store payment processing), and only to the extent necessary. These providers act on our instructions.

We may disclose data to public authorities where we are legally required to do so. Other users only ever see the information you choose to share on your profile.

Dolamor connects users across countries, including Turkey and the EU. Where your data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it in line with applicable law.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within a reasonable period, except for limited information we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction or abuse records).

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your data. No service can be perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app at any time. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details below; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Dolamor is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has created an account, we will delete the account and the associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
